Indian Trail Improvement District’s Board of Supervisors have established a district wide Asphalt Milling Installation Policy for Local Service Roads. This will be a multi-year plan to stabilize all local service Roads (unpaved easement roads) by furnishing and installing recycled asphalt millings.
What Roads are going to be milled this Fiscal Year? To see what roads were selected to receive Millings, please see Millings Map link below.
If a road was not selected to receive millings and a Property Owner wants millings, the Property Owner must submit a complete, responsive petition to the Indian Trail Administrative Office during the first FIVE (5) business days of the new Fiscal Year (October). For more details, see Millings Petition, Lottery Information and Asphalt Milling Installation Policy For Local Service Roads links below.
If a road was selected to receive millings but a Property Owner does not want millings, the Property Owner must submit a request for withdrawal from the millings program in writing via email or mail to Indian Trail Improvement District within Forty-five (45) days from date of Notice of Millings.
