Submission of Public Comment Cards for Board Meetings
Public Comments can be submitted online here. Online Comment Card Submission
When submitting a comment card online please ensure you select the correct meeting and agenda item, complete all required comment card fields, and indicate if you do or do not wish to speak. Once completed your comment card will be submitted for approval.
If a guest wishes to address the Board during Public Comment using Zoom, You must fill out a comment card with the same name being used to access Zoom. Click the raise hand feature and wait to be called at which time your microphone will be turned on.
Public Comments can be also submitted via email: commentcard@indiantrail.com by 3:00 PM the day of Meeting, and in person by 7:30 PM at the Meeting. Please indicate Agenda Item Number and if you do or do not wish to speak.
Public Comments made through Zoom using Chat or Q&A Feature, will not be acknowledged.

In-Person Meetings Attendance Procedure:
In Keeping with Social Distancing Guidelines and District safety procedures, only a predetermined number of people shall be allowed physically into the Board Meeting Room at one time. Residents can enter on a first come first seated basis. Masks may be required to enter the building. Hand sanitizing stations will be available.
Residents attending in-person, but not allowed to enter the meeting are encouraged to remain in their vehicles to view the meeting via Zoom or Facebook Live. Residents wishing to speak, who submitted a comment card prior to the meeting, will be called and allowed into the meeting to address the Board. Public Comment Speakers will be restricted to 3:00 minutes each or other amount of time allotted by the Board. After the comment time is over, the resident speaker would be asked to leave the meeting room.
