CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:
We will be shutting down Hamlin Blvd between Seminole Pratt Whitney and Banyan Blvd on July 6th, 2020 to do a cross pipe installation.
We will be shutting down 140th Ave North between 80th lane north and 82nd St N on July 6th, 2020 for approximately 7-8 weeks for culvert replacement.
Hall boulevard is reopened as of July 1st, 2020.
We will be shutting down 53rd between Coconut and 120th from June 15th, 2020 util July 15th, 2020 to do a cross pipe installation.
State Road 80/Southern Boulevard, from west of Lion Country Safari Road to Forest Hill Boulevard/Crestwood Boulevard
- Southern Boulevard’s eastbound outside lane between B Road/Binks Forest Drive and Palms West Parkway will be closed 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday for work on the outside shoulder.
- Southern Boulevard’s eastbound inside lane between B Road/Binks Forest Drive and Palms West Parkway will be closed 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday to pave the new inside shoulder and turn lanes.
- Southern Boulevard’s westbound outside lane between B Road/Binks Forest Drive and Cane Field Trace will be closed 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday for work on the shoulder.
- Southern Boulevard’s westbound inside lane between B Road/Binks Forest Drive and Palms West Parkway will be closed 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday for work on the shoulder.
- Median openings between Cane Field Trace and west of Palms West Parkway may be closed periodically for demolition and reconstruction. Median openings will not be closed consecutively.
State Road 80/Southern Boulevard at Forest Hill Boulevard/Crestwood Boulevard (see attached project update)
- Southern Boulevard’s westbound and eastbound insides lane from west of Forest Hill Boulevard/Crestwood Boulevard to Park Central will be closed 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday to install irrigation.
- Crestwood Boulevard’s southbound outside lane between Renaissance School Road and Southern Boulevard and Forest Hill Boulevard’s northbound outside lane between Quercus Lane and Southern Boulevard will be closed 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday to remove traffic signal poles.
- Crestwood Square’s Southern Boulevard entrance will be closed 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday for the installation of a sewer main.
- Forest Hill Boulevard’s northbound right-turn lane to eastbound Southern Boulevard may be closed 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Hall between 72nd and 73rd is scheduled to be shut down on June 1st, 2020 for approximately five weeks.
