The administration department handles incoming phone calls, which include resident operation and maintenance requests, culvert stake out and final inspection requests, road paving and stabilization requests, assessment questions, park rental requests, employment inquires, committee and association information requests, and questions about services provided by other governmental entities. The administration office also handles walk-in traffic, and permit requests for gates, culverts and parks.

department is responsible for grading the roads, maintaining the swales and the canal system to prevent obstructions in water flow. Work includes road improvements, grading, stabilization, culvert stake out and final inspections, and maintenance requests that are taken by the administration department.

The parks department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the nine parks within the District as well as planning and development of new parks. They maintain the fields, playgrounds, pavilions, trails, and all areas of the parks system. They also coordinate  special events within the parks by the District.
