NOTICE OF BOARD AGENDA PACKAGE REVIEW MEETINGS
OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF INDIAN TRAIL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Supervisors of INDIAN TRAIL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT will conduct Board Agenda Package Review Meetings as listed below between January 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013. All such meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m. and be held in the District Office located at 13476 61st Street North, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.
Board Agenda Package Review Meetings will be held at 5:00 pm on January 3, 2013, February 6, 2013, March 4, 2013, April 3, 2013, May 1, 2013, May 29, 2013, July 2, 2013, August 7, 2013, and September 4, 2013.
The purpose of these meetings is to distribute the Board Agenda Package and review said package.
If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at the Meeting herein referred, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation or an interpreter to participate in these proceedings should contact the District by calling (561) 793-0874 at least 48 hours prior to the dates of the meetings.
