A Public Information Meeting will be held on Monday, January 27, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the District Office, 13476 61st Street North, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.  The purpose of this Public Information Meeting is to provide for a presentation on the Minto West Project (the “Project”) and to allow the Public to receive and make comments.  There will be a formal presentation at the opening of the meeting.  The Public Information Meeting will be held in an open house format, allowing the Public to view the displays and discuss the Project with the Project team after the presentation.

If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at the meeting herein referred, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the District at (561) 793-0874 at least five (5) days prior to the date of the proceeding.
